Recruiter Apprentice
Summary
EQ Group is looking for a confident, motivated and tech-savvy individual to join the team as a Recruiter Apprentice. You will gain hands-on experience across 360 recruitment projects, candidate research, resourcing, CRM systems, business development and marketing while working towards a Level 3 Recruiter Apprenticeship.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, is comfortable using technology and wants to build a long-term career in recruitment.
Annual wage
£15,600.00 a year

Monday to Friday - 5 days per week
The role will be primarily office-based, with Wednesday working from home.
The apprentice will be expected to work collaboratively with the team and manage their workload effectively across the working week.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
As a Recruiter Apprentice, you will work alongside the EQ Group team and gain experience across the full recruitment process.
Your role will include:
- Supporting 360 recruitment projects.
- Resourcing candidates for live vacancies.
- Carrying out candidate research and targeted searches.
- Using CRM systems to manage candidate information.
- Developing an understanding of recruitment processes and best practice.
- Supporting business development activity.
- Assisting with marketing activity and content creation.
- Communicating with candidates and building professional relationships.
- Supporting candidate administration and maintaining accurate records.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across recruitment, business development and marketing.
- Using technology and recruitment systems to support day-to-day activity.
- Supporting the wider team with general recruitment and administrative duties.
As your knowledge and confidence develop, you will be given increased responsibility and greater exposure to the recruitment process.

Your training plan
The successful candidate will complete a Level 3 Recruiter Apprenticeship through Rochdale Training.
The apprenticeship will provide training and development across areas including:
- Candidate sourcing and resourcing.
- Recruitment processes.
- Candidate and client relationship management.
- Communication and professional behaviours.
- Recruitment technology and CRM systems.
- Research techniques.
- Business development.
- Recruitment administration.
- Understanding the recruitment lifecycle.
Training will be delivered alongside the candidate's workplace learning, allowing them to put their new knowledge and skills into practice.
