Summary

An exciting, multi-department Business Administration Apprenticeship with Click 24. You will gain experience working across Finance, Reception, Sales, Marketing and Install teams while achieving your Level 3 Business Administration qualification. The role offers strong learning, development and progression in a busy and growing company.

Work

As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.

What you’ll do at work

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Business Administration Apprentice to join the Click 24 team. You will be exposed to a wide range of business functions, helping to keep operations running smoothly while gaining real-world experience in administration, customer communication and internal support tasks.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting general administrative tasks across multiple departments
  • Assisting in the Finance team with filing, invoicing and basic financial admin
  • Providing excellent front-of-house reception support
  • Supporting the Sales team with CRM updates, customer follow-up and paperwork
  • Potentially Assisting Marketing with content organisation, social media scheduling and campaign support
  • Supporting the Maintenance and Install teams with paperwork, scheduling and communication between teams and customers.
  • Managing internal documentation and electronic filing systems
  • Handling telephone and email enquiries professionally
  • Contributing to team-based projects and business improvement tasks
  • Learning business systems and tools used throughout the company

You will work closely with experienced staff who will support your development, coaching you to build confidence, organisation skills and commercial awareness. The role requires someone with a strong work ethic, a good attitude and the ability to adapt in a busy environment.

An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying.

Requirements

Essential qualifications

  • GCSE Grade 4/C or above in Maths and English (required)
  • Basic IT literacy
