About the Role

We’re looking for someone  who’s ready to inspire and guide the next generation of apprentices.

As an Apprentice Performance Officer, you’ll:

  • Support learners on their apprenticeship journey, from their first day to their End Point Assessment.
  • Visit employers to carry out progress reviews and provide tailored support.
  • Give constructive feedback that helps learners grow in confidence and ability.
  • Work alongside our friendly workshop team and employer partners to set clear, achievable goals.
  • Promote equality, diversity, and a safe, supportive learning environment.

Every day, you’ll be making a difference by encouraging learners to believe in themselves and reach their full potential.

About You

This role would suit someone who has:

  • A passion for supporting others (a teaching/assessing qualification is a bonus but not essential – we’ll support the right person to develop).
  • Great communication skills and the ability to build relationships with learners and employers alike.
  • A positive, encouraging approach – you’ll be the mentor who believes in learners until they believe in themselves.
  • Experience or a qualification in Engineering is desirable but not essential.
