Become an Apprentice with Rochdale Council – 11 Roles Available
Rochdale Council currently has 11 Apprenticeship vacancies available for its award-winning Apprenticeship Programme.
Apprenticeship provider, Rochdale Training, is encouraging people of all ages to register for upcoming information sessions to learn more about the opportunities available.
Starting in September 2025, Apprentices will learn on the job with other council Apprentices, while also spending time off the job at Rochdale Training.
Rochdale Council Apprentices have a very high success rate passing their Apprenticeship with Rochdale Training, with most passing with a distinction/merit. The current success rate at Rochdale Training is 99% for End Point Assessment.

Business Administration Roles:
Business Support Apprentice – Chief Executive’s Office (S2501)
Apprentice Mayor’s Officer Assistant (S2502)
Apprentice Business Rates Officer (S2506)
Apprentice Support Officer (S2507)
Apprentice Systems Officer (S2508)
Business Support Apprentice (S2509,10,11)
Health and Social Care Roles:
Adult Care Worker Apprentice (S2503-04)
Teaching Assistant Roles:
Teaching Assistant Apprentice - Heybrook Primary School (S2505)
The closing date for all applications is the 17th June 2025.
