This is an Apprentice role. You will be carrying out reception duties including greeting and answering the phones and directing calls. Also doing various administration duties.

Work

As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.

What you’ll do at work

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Reception duties, meeting and greeting clients on arrival
  • Call handling
  • Manager calendar/diary systems on outlook
  • Using computer-word, outlook basic excel
  • Ordering stationary
  • Administration duties
  • Archiving and organising of files
  • Maintaining filing systems
  • General Administration duties
  • Participate in training events as required
  • Typing as required
  • Any other admin duties that are required

Training

An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying.
