Summary
Apprentice sales administrators provide clerical and organisational support to a sales team. The Apprentice will be responsible for processing customers' applications, completing vehicle, AML, document, and proof checks, completing final checks, handling customer questions, answering the telephone and dealing with customer and introducer queries

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Provide excellent operational support to external BDM, underwriting team and all introducers and customers.
- Adhere to all aspects of Treating Customers Fairly in line with Compliance Guidelines
- Accurate data capture of loan applications
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and queries
- Answer email queries
- Complete AML checks
- Complete HPI vehicle checks
- Accurate input of vehicle details
- Complete finance quotations
- Accurate review of customers' proofs
- Complete ‘final checks’ on packaged deals
- Work towards meeting set turnaround times and KPI’s
- Adhere to all internal Policies
