Other requirements
This is an office-based role that requires a proactive mindset and a willingness to take on a wide variety of tasks — some of which may be repetitive. You’ll need to stay organised, manage your time well, and be comfortable juggling admin duties with lead generation and customer contact. You’ll be using phones, emails, and spreadsheets regularly, so attention to detail and good IT skills are essential. Some days may involve quiet admin work, while others may be more fast-paced with lots of calls and deadlines. Keeping up with existing clients. Generating new leads will involve cold outreach, so you’ll need confidence, resilience, and a professional tone when speaking with potential clients. This role is ideal for someone who’s eager to learn, takes initiative, and doesn’t mind rolling up their sleeves to get stuck into various tasks. If you’re looking for a foot in the door to both admin and sales — and you're ready to work hard and grow — this opportunity could be a great fit.
