Dementia Masterclass - Delivered by Julie Saville

This teaching session is a must-have for all our staff and services who look after people suffering from dementia. You will understand dementia and learn the skills needed for the right approach and be able to deliver person-centred dementia care. You will be able to successfully respond to behaviours viewed as challenging by learning effective communication skills and clever diversion techniques.
