Rochdale Training are reaching out to employers across the Rochdale Borough, Greater Manchester and the North West to understand what skills and training support we can offer you in these difficult times.
We have recently secured substantial Government funding to support employers to develop the workforce throughout 2021. This funding will allow us to meet the training needs of employers directly affected by COVID-19.
To enable Rochdale Training to help you, we need your help to provide information regarding the skills and training support your organisation needs. Please take 5 minutes to complete the attached short survey by no later than 31st January 2021. In return, we will allocate employers a training budget of up to £27,000 for each eligible employee or new employee/Apprentice.

For those of you who don't know us, Rochdale Training was formed as a charity in 1966 by the heads of leading local manufacturing employers primarily to manage and support the training of Apprentices. Over the years we have grown considerably and now provide customised training to individual companies throughout the North West offering a continuously improving range of lifelong learning, development and business support services to ensure businesses remain competitive and grow jobs. Ensuring workers have the opportunities to obtain skills that will help them become or remain self-sufficient, and that our communities are economically resilient. We respect your confidentiality.
