Main duties to Include:
- Under supervision and with support,
provide all aspects of care for children including washing, changing and feeding - To assist with meeting the personal and emotional needs of individual children.
- To provide adult interaction with children in the nursery.
- To be a part of a friendly team of educators.
Qualifications:
- GCSE or equivalent Maths and English (Grade C / 4 and above) essential
- Other Early Years Level 2 (Grade Pass) essential
Hours:
Shifts are to be confirmed Monday to Friday between 7:15 a.m. and 6:15 pm.
Pay:
£9,609.60 to £18,964.40
Pay is dependent on age and experience.
Training:
- Level 3 Early Years Educator Apprenticeship Standard.
- Apprenticeship learning takes place in the workplace.
- Company training day
- Safeguarding training
- First aid training
- Food hygiene training
- Other CPD opportunities throughout the year whilst working towards
- Early Years qualification
Progression:
Once qualfiied, progression is offered to the correct candidate. This could be full-time employment or progression through other sites.
