Salary: £16 to £19k – Depending on level of experience

Rochdale Training is looking to recruit a Marketing Administrator to join our Marketing Department.

Rochdale Training is an Ofsted Outstanding Training Provider operating for over 55 years - delivering a wide range of Apprenticeships, NVQs and Traineeships, as well as Health & Safety and Employability training. Due to increased demand in all sectors, we are seeking a candidate with a minimum 2 years’ experience in an administration role who can hit the ground running and join our busy team.

The role would suit a confident, organised person with competency in spreadsheets, email, good communication skills and attention to detail.

Experience of working in the education sector/marketing environment is advantageous but by no means essential. Full training will be given in all aspects of the role.

Main Job Role:

  • Administer the Learner starts process paperwork, update starts tracker, assist Business Development Advisers with contracts, schedules and Apprenticeship Service portal.
  • Coordinate H&S commercial courses – deal with employer enquiries/bookings and liaise with external Trainers & use relevant portals. Prepare training packs for open courses.
  • Administer Health & Safety Spreadsheet to ensure timely insurance details and appraisals achieved through liaising with companies and Marketing staff.
  • Update social media in conjunction with Tutors and Recruitment Officer.
