Rochdale Training is the first work based learning provider in the Rochdale Borough to achieve the Bronze “Inspiring Advice and Guidance” Award.

The Award recognises quality career information and guidance on personal issues.
“We’re proud to demonstrate our commitment to giving impartial advice to young people and making them aware of all the career options available to them,” says Jill Nagy, Chief Executive of Rochdale Training.

The Bronze Award is a national benchmark of quality to help guide and inspire young people to pursue their careers.

Jill adds; “We’ve had inspirational help from Andy Turner of the Council’s Skills Team to help us gain Bronze. The process also shows we can improve, aim for silver and offer an even better service to our young people.”

For Rochdale Training this award comes on top of also gaining the Matrix Quality Standard for Advice and Guidance in November.
