Lone Worker Solutions Ltd have developed mobile applications that protect people working alone around the globe.

Brief overview of the role

The role will include providing administrative support to the accounts and customer services teams, and is a great opportunity to gain a vast amount of business experience in a growing international technology business


Daily tasks will include: 

  • Meeting and greeting visitors to the office
  • Supporting customers and logging their support request on the internal customer services system
  • Communicating with customers via telephone and email providing copies of electronic software user guides, product information and invoices
  • Managing customer software licence renewals by liaising with the sales team to obtain a purchase order from the customer and raising a pre-defined invoice
  • Recording sales on the monthly Microsoft Excel forecast schedules
  • Supporting the Financial Controller to raise invoices on Sage accounts software and to send these electronically to customers

Skills required:

  • Enthusiasm for providing excellent customer service
  • A positive approach to learning and gaining new skills through teamwork and training opportunities
  • Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Use of email

Skills preferred:

  • Basic understanding of accounts ie sales and purchase ledgers
  • Basic understanding of purchase orders and invoicing
  • Knowledge of Sage accounts software
  • Use of web chat

Desired qualifications
