Michelle Greenwood, lead assessor, commented: "Michelle started the course as a shy and reserved young girl and has blossomed into a confident young woman. Without being asked, Michelle offered assistance to new students to help them settle in quickly and continued to mentor them throughout the year. It is notable that Michelle successfully completed both Level 2 and Level 3 course work in a 12 month period which is a testament to her dedication and effort. She is a well deserved winner."
