NVQ Level 3 in Customer Service


 

Course Overview

 This is a nationally recognised qualification which assesses your current level of competency within customer service. You will be required to provide evidence from your work based activities that illustrate your competence in various Customer Service areas.

Who is this course aimed at?

This course is ideal if you work in a customer services department or if customer service forms part of your job role. To successfully complete this course you are expected to be working in one of the job roles outlined above and in a position to collect appropriate evidence.

To achieve a Level 3, learners must achieve a minimum of 42 credits. There are 12 credits from the mandatory units, a further 30 credits must include units from each of the optional groups.

Mandatory Units:

• Unit 301 – Demonstrate understanding of customer service 
• Unit 302 – Demonstrate understanding of the rules that impact on improvements in customer service
